Transneft owner approves paying 10,500 rbl/shr in 2021 divs

MOSCOW, Jul 12 (PRIME) -- The shareholder of Russian state oil pipeline monopoly Transneft has approved paying 10,497.36 rubles per common and preferred share in dividends for 2021, the company said in a statement on Tuesday.

In June, the Russian government ordered Transneft to pay 76.099 billion rubles in dividends for 2021, adding that the dividends should be paid on all types of the shares.

The company’s charter capital is split into 5.694 million common shares and 1.555 million preferred shares.

Transneft paid 9,224.28 rubles per share, or a total of 66.87 billion rubles, in dividends for 2020. Dividends on the common shares amounted to 52.527 billion rubles and dividends on the preferred shares to 14.343 billion rubles.
